The Forza and Assetto Corsa Porsches were add-on/DLCs. They had to be negotiated with EA, who got part of the royalties.

Y0u are correct. I assumed Assetto was also paying extra/indirect fees since it was $21 in three separate add-ons (the game itself is only $30 list).
